Complaints about IQN heat pumps

If you are having problems with your IQN heat pump and wish to file a complaint, it is important that you follow the appropriate procedure so that your request is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

1. Check the warranty conditions

Before filing a claim, check the warranty card or warranty terms you received upon purchase. The warranty usually covers manufacturing defects and certain defects that are not the result of improper use or external influences. If the device is still within the warranty period, repair or replacement is often free of charge.

2. Filing a complaint with the seller or installer

You should file a complaint with the retailer where you purchased the heat pump or with the authorized installer who installed the device. It is best to contact them by phone or email and inform them of the problem.

3. Prepare the necessary evidence

To process your complaint more quickly, it is recommended to prepare the following: Invoice or proof of purchase Serial number of the device Brief description of the problem (when did the problem occur, how does it manifest itself) Photos or video of the problem (if possible)

4. Technical diagnostics and service inspection

After reporting a complaint, the seller or authorized servicer can perform remote diagnostics or visit you on site. In some cases, the problem can be resolved with a simple setup or software update, without the need for major service.

Depending on the service technician's findings, the following outcomes are possible: Device repair – If the fault can be repaired, the device will be repaired on site or in the service center. Replacement of a defective part – If a specific part is defective, it can be replaced with a new one. Replacement of the entire device – If repair is not possible and the fault is factory-made, you can receive a new device within the warranty period. Paid repair – If the problem is not covered by the warranty (e.g. mechanical damage, improper use, environmental influences), you will receive a preliminary invoice for the repair.
